United Kingdom Delivery
How long will it take to receive my HairMax laser device order?
All lasers are despatched via Parcelforce Next Day Delivery free of charge.
We aim to despatch all orders the same day before 3pm.
For orders below £100, Next day delivery service is available at a cost of £5.99 and uses a tracked next day courier service to make sure it arrives on time. To use this service orders must be placed by 3.00pm on any working day.
Orders placed after Thursday 3pm will be despatched on Friday, and our standard next day service will arrive on Monday.
If you order before 3pm on Friday you can purchase Saturday Guaranteed delivery for an additional cost.
Orders placed on a Friday after 3pm, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
What are the shipping options on HairMax laser devices? May I expedite my order?
We offer 2 shipping options on all HairMax laser devices. Standard Deliveries are FREE and are delivered in 2 to 4 working days.
Next day delivery service is available at a cost of £5.95 and uses a tracked next day courier service to make sure it arrives on time. To use this service orders must be placed by 3.00pm on any working day.
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday for next day delivery will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
Do I have to sign for my HairMax package?
Device orders shipped via DPD require a signature upon delivery, unless requested by the customer to be waived prior to submitting the order. Once the package ships with signature required, we are unable to remove the signature requirement while in transit. DPD will make up to 2 delivery attempts before returning the package back to sender.
I placed an order several days ago and have not received it yet?
We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Please call the customer service team on +441625 533588, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm GMT, and a HairMax customer service specialist can assist you in tracking your order.
How do you ship HairMax laser devices, hair care products and accessories?
HairMax laser device orders ship via DPD to customers in the UK (with a signature required).
All accessories and hair care products ship via DPD or Royal Mail (without a signature required). Please see our full delivery page for more general information on shipping.
Europe Delivery (All countries within the EU)
Will there be any import taxes or duties?
- No, because orders from Europe are despatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands, within the EU.
How long will my shipping take?
- Orders over €130 are shipped via Fedex 2-4 working days delivery for FREE
- Orders below €130 will ship via Fedex 2-4 working days delivery, for €19.95 Euros
Rest of World Delivery
How long will my shipping take?
- Rest of world orders will ship VIA Fedex for variable fees. Please see your fee at checkout.
